Our portfolio includes homes owned directly by TillyCo, as well as properties managed on behalf of third-party landlords and investors. Lakeland Gardens is a specialist children’s bungalow designed to support up to three children with complex needs. Located in a quiet residential area, it offers a safe, adapted home environment with dedicated care focused on stability, development, and emotional wellbeing.

The Shire Bungalows

A cluster of high-quality, purpose-built bungalows designed for individuals with complex needs. Each home promotes independence and safety, featuring bespoke adaptations and assistive technology. Located in Melling, the scheme supports community integration and long-term living with on-site care from trusted partners.

The Willows is a newly registered specialist bungalow, supporting up to four children with learning and physical disabilities. Purposefully adapted for wheelchair users, it offers a safe, nurturing space with clinical oversight, trauma-informed care, and expert staffing dedicated to supporting complex emotional and health needs.
